Universal Learning Institute makes every effort to help you succeed with your chosen occupation or profession If you have not achieved the necessary score to move forward, you can retake the course at no additional cost to you. Extra assistance is also available to help you succeed.
ULI offers career programs from 6 months to 2 years in the fields of business administration, healthcare and nursing, hospitality and tourism, and computerized accounting. Most programs can be started in the first week of every month.
ULI offers Canadian diplomas and 3rd party certifications as well as Canadian work experience opportunities that ULI will provide. We offer ESL upgrades to meet university entrance requirements and vocational standardized test requirements.
ULI has been successfully designated by PCIB, EQA, and IRCC. All three are quality assurance designations.

Practicum
ULI provides work experience placements for students who have reached the 75% point of the study of the on-site portion of a program of study and met the criteria for practicum placement. We ensure that placements provide an opportunity for students to enhance the skills learned throughout the completion of a program of study.

Programs:
Business Administration
The Business Administration Faculty is designed to equip individuals with a strong overall foundation of business principles and to focus on specialized areas such as: Human Resources, Digital Marketing and Social Media, Marketing and Web Page integration. Students learn key management concepts through exciting classes, including student presentations, case studies, stimulation, group projects, and quizzes. The hands-on work experience provides to students with the perfect opportunity to learn the skills and practice in the workplace, and synchronize the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom.
Computerized Accounting
The Computerized Accounting Faculty provides comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, accounting software applications, spreadsheets, and administrative office procedures. The program equips the student to earn professional payroll certification if desired, and develop the skills and competencies required to work efficiently in an ever-changing office environment. The program includes work experience which provides an opportunity to maintain company records, conduct daily & weekly transactions, and practice account reconciliation.

English (ESL) Diploma
Through English as a second language (ESL) training, you will learn the essential language skills you need to be able to work and enjoy living in countries like Canada where the main language of communication is English.
If you are a foreign student, there is nothing better you can do to improve your chances of finding employment and understanding the culture in an English-speaking country.
Language & Culture Faculty is designed to equip our students with essential language skills to be successful in their academic studies, communicate in the community, and gain essential life skills and cultural understanding. There are multiple levels offered through fun and interactive activities, games, and outing to help students gain the maximum opportunities to learn and practice their English. Exam preparation for internationally recognized ESL certifications is offered as well for students who plan on taking exams in IELTS, CELPIP and other standardized exams for a pathway to university and work.

Admission Requirements
ULI welcomes a diverse range of students. As an accredited school we set you up for success to do so. You need to meet the following minimum standards.
In addition we can help guide to fill any of your entrance requirements gaps through additional support services.
- Mature student status (19 years of age or older).
- Non native English speakers require proof of score to meet specific program requirements. May be required to take ULI ESL program to bring English the prerequisite level of acceptance.
- International students need to pass an interview with ULI admissions department.
- Domestic students require completion of Wonderlic Aptitude test to meet specific program requirements and pass an interview with the ULI admissions department
